A Review of Building Energy Consumption Simulation Software Performance Validation

摘要 建筑能耗模拟分析是工程实践中实施设计优化、运行调节、节能诊断等工作的关键。从20世纪80年代初至今已基本形成一套建筑能耗模拟软件验证的系统方法,主要包括分析验证法、比较验证法和实验验证法。本文对建筑能耗模拟软件性能验证的相关研究文献进行归纳,结合验证过程中的常用算例、对比参数、评价指标等,总结各个验证方法的特征,综合分析3种方法在建筑能耗模拟软件不同验证领域和各个开发阶段中的适用性。进而结合研究前沿提出当前验证方法为了应对建筑能耗模拟领域的发展趋势需要进一步开拓的研究方向以及过程中的重难点。 Simulation analysis of building energy consumption is the key process for design optimization,operation regulation and energy saving diagnosis in engineering practice.Since the early 1980 s,a series of verification methods for building energy consumption simulation program have been basically formed,including analytical verification,comparative verification and empirical verification.This paper reviewed the relevant research literature and mainly summarized the characteristics of each verification method based on the common verification cases,comparison parameters,and evaluation indicators.The applicability of the three methods in different verification fields and various development stages of building energy consumption simulation software was further analyzed in a comprehensive manner.Then,this paper identified the future development orientation for this verification method to follow the trend of building energy consumption simulation,and potential challenges.
