某国际健康驿站暖通空调系统平疫结合设计 被引量:1

摘要 为严控境外疫情随入境人员输入,在临近机场处建造专门用于隔离使用的国际健康驿站,其通风设计标准按低于新冠救治医院病房或传染病医院负压隔离病房、高于普通医院病房,客房按整体相对室外为-5 Pa压差值且房间内不设排风口进行设计。为避免浪费公共资源,健康驿站的室内设计参数及暖通空调系统进行合理的平疫结合设计,可实现疫情后的运营转换。本项目各项设计成果已通过相关审查,目前现场施工已进入收尾阶段,预计在年底前可竣工交付。 In order to strictly control the import of overseas epidemics caused by inbound visitors,the international health hotel for isolation is built near the airport.The ventilation design standard of the hotel is looser than the standard of the COVID-19 designated hospital ward or the infectious disease hospital ward,and stricter than the standard of ordinary hospital wards,and the hotel guest rooms are designed with overall-5 Pa negative pressure relative to the outdoor and without exhaust vent in the guest room.To avoid wasting public resources,the interior design parameters and HVAC system are designed considering both needs for peacetime and epidemic periods,which can realize the operation conversion after the epidemic.The design results of the project have passed relevant reviews,the on-site construction is in the final stage currently,and it’s expected to be completed and delivered before the end of the year.
