摘要
采用熔融共混法制备了不同比例的氨基化碳纳米管(AMCNTs)/石墨烯(GN)/聚酰胺66(PA66)复合材料,利用扫描电镜、差示扫描量热仪、热重分析等测试方法系统地研究了AMCNTs/GN的质量比对复合材料结构与性能的影响。结果表明,当AMCNTs与GN的质量比例为2:3时,复合材料的断裂强度达到最大,其值为85.6 MPa,与纯PA66相比,提高了22.1%;杨氏模量为2.12 GPa,为纯PA66的1.74倍。AMCNTs/GN还能有效地提高PA66的结晶度,当AMCNTs/GN质量比为2:3时,复合材料结晶度为31.6%,复合材料的断裂强度与其结晶度呈正相关。另外,AMCNTs/GN复合填料加入后还能有效地提高PA66的热稳定性,结果显示,AMCNTs/GN/PA66复合材料的初始分解温度与纯PA66相比,提高了约11℃。
Polyamide 66(PA66)composite with various AMCNTs/GN loadings were fabricated by melting blending.The effect of AMCNTs/GN ratio on the structure and properties of PA66 was systematacially investigated by SEM,DSC and TG.The results showed when the AMCNTs/GN ratio was 2:3,the tensile strength of PA66 composite was up the maximum(85.6 MPa),which was increased by 22.1%compared with pure PA66 and the Young’s modulus was 2.12 GPa,which was 1.71 times than that of pure PA66;the inclusion of AMCNTs/GN could also improve the crystallinity of PA66,when the AMCNTs/GN ratio was 2:3,the crystallinity of PA66 composite was 31.6%and the fracture strength of composite was positively correlated with its crystallinity.Moreover,the AMCNTs/GN hybrid loadings could effectively promote the thermal stability of PA66,and the results showed that the initial decomposition temperature of AMCNTs/GN/PA66 composite was about 11℃higher than that of pure PA66.
