PTT/人造岗石废渣复合材料的制备与性能

摘要 通过原位聚合法制备了聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯/人造岗石废渣(PTT/AMWs)复合材料,研究了AMWs添加量对PTT/AMWs复合材料热稳定性、热变形温度、熔融结晶和冲击强度等的影响。结果表明,PTT/AMWs复合材料与纯PTT相比,具有更好的综合性能。当AMWs添加量为10%时,复合材料热变形温度达到71.32℃,与纯PTT相比,提高了13.7℃。由于AMWs的异相成核,PTT/AMWs复合材料结晶速率显著提高,并呈现先增加后减小的趋势,当AMWs添加量为5%时,其达到最大值。随着AMWs添加量的增加,PTT/AMWs复合材料的冲击强度逐渐增大。与纯PTT相比,当AMWs添加量为10%时,复合材料的冲击强度为10.98 kJ/m^(2),提高了约117%,这是由于,AMWs粒子表面包覆了不饱和聚酯而形成了“部分核壳结构”,产生了增韧效应。 Poly(trimethylene terephthalate)/artificial marble wastes(PTT/AMWs)composite were prepared by in-situ polymerization,and the effects of AMWs addition on the thermal stability,heat deflection temperature,melt-crystallization and impact strength of PTT/AMWs composite were investigated.The results indicated that the PTT/AMWs composite had better comprehensive properties than pure PTT.It was found that the heat deflection temperature of PTT/AMWs composite with 10%AMWs addition reached 71.32℃and was increased by 13.7℃than that of pure PTT.The crystallization rate of the PTT/AMWs composite increased significantly due to the heterogeneous nucleation of AMWs,and increased first and then decreased,the maximum value appeared as the AMWs addition was 5%.The impact strength of PTT/AMWs composite increased monotonously with the addition of AMWs.Compared with pure PTT,the impact strength of the composite with 10%AMWs addition reached 10.98 kJ/m^(2)and was increased by about 117%,which could be ascribed to the toughening effects of the partial core-shell structure formed by unsaturated polyester coating on the surface of AMWs particles.
