摘要
挤出成型作为一种高效的连续性加工方法,具有生产率高、用途广泛、适应性强等特点,在高分子材料成型加工领域中应用广泛。可视化方法是研究高分子材料加工成型过程的主要方法。为完善并丰富挤出理论,研究人员利用可视化技术研究挤出成型过程中物料的输送原理和运动状态。介绍了挤出成型静态可视化与动态可视化技术的原理以及各自的特点及缺陷,并简要介绍了可视化技术在挤出成型中常见的方法,包括骤冷顶出螺杆法、剖分机筒法、玻璃视窗法、聚合物玻璃机筒法、可加热石英玻璃机筒法以及静态与动态可视化技术结合的方法,最后,对挤出成型可视化技术的发展前景进行了展望。
As an efficient continuous processing method,extrusion molding has the characteristics of high productivity,wide range of uses,and strong adaptability.It is widely used in the field of polymer material molding processing.The visualization method is an important method to study the processing and forming process of polymer materials.In order to perfect and enrich the extrusion theory,people use visualization technology to explore the material conveying principle and movement state in the extrusion molding process.Therefore,the principles of static visualization and dynamic visualization technology of extrusion molding and their respective advantages and disadvantages are introduced,and several common methods of visualization technology in extrusion molding are briefly introduced,including quenching ejection screw method,split barrel method,The glass window method,the polymer glass barrel method,the heatable quartz glass barrel method,and the method of combining static and dynamic visualization technology.Finally,look forward to the development prospects of extrusion molding visualization technology.
