The establishment of the united front as broad as possible is a long-term and consistent basic policy of the Communist Party of China and the necessary underpinnings for great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The ability of the united front workers is the key for doing the united front work well.It is an effective way to improve united front workers’ ability to pass down the culture of the united front and develop education with red cultural resources.Anhui is rich in red cultural resources, and the culture of united front in each historical period is contained in the red cultural relics.The education on the red culture helps to improve the united front workers’ consciousness of the united front, keep correct political standpoint, promote their ability in profession, innovation, marketization, connecting with the masses and information processing, so as to actively raise the scientific level of their duty-performing.
