党的十八大以来,习近平总书记多次强调中华优秀传统文化的重要影响和历史意义,赋予其新的时代内涵,特别习近平总书记在“七一”重要讲话中提出“坚持把马克思主义基本原理同中国具体实际相结合、同中华优秀传统文化相结合”的重要论断,具有深远的指导意义。这种结合体现在“以人为本”思想观念的结合、爱国主义为核心民族精神的结合、“崇德重义”的道德规范的结合三个方面,形成密不可分的完整的育人体系,为高校构建新时代的人才培养体系提供了思想上的保障。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(hereinafter referred to as “CPC”),Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, has repeatedly emphasized the important influence and historical significance of fine Chinese traditional culture, endowing it with new connotation of the times.In particular, Xi Jinping points out in his important “July 1 Speech” that the important judgment of “persisting in combining Marxist basic principles with China’s actual situations and the fine Chinese traditional culture” is of far-reaching guiding significance, which is represented by the combination of “people-oriented” ideology, the national spirit with patriotism as its core, the moral norms of “respecting morality and justice”.As a result, an inseparable and complete education system has been formed and provides ideological underpinnings for the construction of a talent training system in colleges and universities in a new era.
