摘要 染料木素是一种来源于天然豆科植物的异黄酮类化合物,其具有多种生物学活性,包括抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗炎、神经保护、雌激素样效应,金属螯合等,但存在水溶性、脂溶性较差,生物利用度不高等缺点,因此进行化学结构修饰是改善其缺点的有效途径之一.此外,根据染料木素构效关系来进行结构修饰,可以使新合成的染料木素衍生物具有更好的生物学活性.目前,染料木素结构修饰主要通过酚羟基和苯环上氢原子的修饰来进行,这里简要综述染料木素的结构修饰及活性研究进展. Genistein is an isoflavone compound derived from natural legumes that has a variety of biological activities, including antibacterial, anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective, estrogen-like effects, metal chelation and so on.However, it has some disadvantages in the water solubility, poor fat solubility and low bioavailability, such it is one of the effective ways to do chemical structure modification in genistein so as to improve its disadvantages.Additionally, the structural modifications based on their structure-activity relationships can also make newly synthesized genistein derivatives having better biological activity.At present, the structural modification of genistein is mainly carried out by modifying its phenolic hydroxyl group and hydrogen atoms on the benzene ring, and this paper briefly reviews the research progress of the structural modification and activity of genistein.
