不同品种玫瑰的成分含量及产品研发进展

摘要 玫瑰是一种具有潜在药用价值的药食同源植物,其含有多种功能性成分,应用价值较高,具有一定的市场潜力.文章对玫瑰功能性成分提取及鉴定、功能性研究及其产品研发进行了综述,对国内外报道的有关玫瑰成分进行汇总,为后续玫瑰研究和产业开发提供参考. Rose is a medicinal and edible plant with potential medicinal value,and its products are diversified.In addition,rose contains a variety of functional components,resulting in high application value and certain market potential,which needs more in-depth and comprehensive research.The extraction and identification of rose functional components,functional research and product development were reviewed.The rose components reported at home and abroad were summarized to provide reference for subsequent rose research and industrial development.
