全面性护理对液压法上颌窦底提升术同期植入种植体的围术期作用

Perioperative effect of comprehensive care on simultaneous implant placement during maxillary sinus floor lift by hydraulic method

目的 总结32例上颌后牙缺失患者采用液压法上颌窦底提升术同期植入种植体的围术期全面性护理方法。方法 选取2021年11月至2022年4月在南京医科大学附属口腔医院门诊手术室实施液压法上颌窦底提升术同期植入种植体的患者为研究对象,给予全面性护理,包括护理配合、健康宣教、术后随访等方面,术前行细致化心理护理,缓解负面情绪,促使患者积极配合手术;术中密切监测生命体征,熟练配合,准确传递器械及钻针,协助安装液压装置,及时调节钻速及扭力;术后关注感染及出血情况,指导合理饮食、规范用药,进行口腔卫生干预,及时随访并协助建立家庭支持体系。结果 32例患者均获得良好的初期稳定性,术后反应较轻,无并发症发生;患者认为手术舒适感较高。结论 围术期进行合理的全面性护理可降低手术并发症发生率,从而提高种植牙的成功率。

Objective To summarize the comprehensive perioperative care of 32 patients with maxillary posterior tooth loss who were implanted with implants at the same time as maxillary sinus floor lift using the hydraulic method. Methods From November 2021 to April 2022, patients who underwent maxillary sinus floor lift by hydraulic method and implant placement in the outpatient operating room of Nanjing Medical University Dental Hospital were selected. They received comprehensive care, including nursing cooperation, health education, and postoperative follow-up. Before the operation, patients were given psychological care to relieve their negative emotions and encourage them to actively cooperate with the operation. During the operation, the patient’s vital signs were closely monitored, and the patient’s handling of instruments and drill needles were carried out accurately, and the patient was assisted in setting up the hydraulic device and adjusting the drilling speed and torque in a timely manner. After the operation, the nurse observed the infection and bleeding of patients, guided rational diet, standardized medication, intervened oral hygiene, followed up in time and assisted them establishing family support system. Results 32 patients were in stable condition at the initial stage after operation, and no complications occurred. Patients have high surgical comfort. Conclusions Reasonable and comprehensive care during the perioperative period can reduce the incidence of surgical complications and improve the success rate of dental implants.
