五倍子粉穴位贴敷对髋膝关节置换术后盗汗的疗效观察

Effect of acupoint application of gallnut powder on night sweats after hip and knee replacement

目的 探究五倍子粉穴位贴敷对髋膝关节置换术后患者盗汗症状改善的治疗效果。方法 采用便利抽样法选取2018年12月至2021年6月于苏州市中医医院骨科行髋膝关节置换的82例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(41例)和研究组(41例),对照组于术后予以常规护理+面粉调剂的安慰剂穴位贴敷,研究组予以常规护理+五倍子粉穴位贴敷。比较两组患者干预后盗汗改善效果、睡眠质量(PSQI量表)和生活质量(SF-36量表)。结果 研究组患者的盗汗改善总有效率为92.68%,高于对照组的63.41%,PSQI量表评分低于对照组,SF-36量表各维度评分也高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 五倍子粉穴位贴敷法操作简便易行,能改善髋膝关节置换术后患者的盗汗症状,提高患者的睡眠质量和生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of gallnut powder acupoint application on the improvement of night sweats after hip and knee replacement. Methods From December 2018 to June 2021 eighty two patients who underwent hip and knee replacement in the Department of Orthopedics, Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected by convenience sampling. They were divided into the control group(n=41) and the experimental group(n=41) by random number table method, the routine care and flour dispensing placebo were applied in the control group, the gallnut powder acupoint application and the routine care were applied in the experimental group. The improvement effect of night sweats, sleep quality(PSQI) and quality of life(SF-36) were compared. Results The total effective rate of night sweats improvement in the experimental group(92.68%) was higher than that in the control group(63.41%), the score of PSQI was lower than that in the control group, and the scores of all dimensions of SF-36 were higher than those in the control group(All P<0.05). Conclusions Acupoint application of gallnut powder to patients after hip and knee joint replacement is simple and easy to operate. It can improve the symptoms of night sweats, improve the quality of sleep and quality of life of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
