互动体感游戏对脑卒中患者运动和平衡功能的康复效果

摘要 目的 将互动体感游戏应用于脑卒中患者,探究其对运动和平衡功能的康复效果。方法 选取江苏省荣军医院2019年1月至2021年12月收治的脑卒中患者180例,随机分为两组,每组各90例。对照组实施常规康复训练,观察组实施互动体感游戏康复训练。比较干预后两组患者运动功能、平衡功能及日常生活能力。结果 干预后观察组患者Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表评分高于对照组,Berg平衡量表评分高于对照组,Barthel指数高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对脑卒中患者实施互动体感游戏康复训练可有效改善其运动及平衡功能,促进日常生活能力提升,值得推广。 Objective To explore the effect of interactive somatosensory games on the rehabilitation of exercise and balance function in stroke patients. Methods A total of 180 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 90 cases each. The patients of the control group were given routine rehabilitation training, and the ones of the observation group were implemented interactive somatosensory game rehabilitation training. The motor function, balance function and daily living ability of the two groups were compared. Results The FMA scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group, the BBS scores were higher than that of the control group, and the BI scores were higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions The implementation of interactive somatosensory games for stroke patients can effectively improve exercise and balance functions, and promote the improvement of daily living ability, which is worth promoting.
