工业园区综合能源系统评估指标体系研究

摘要 “双碳”背景下,发展清洁能源成为我国能源结构转型的重要抓手,我国正大力推进建设以新能源为供能主体的工业园区综合能源系统。为了使系统具有相当的经济效益,在项目建设之前需要对其进行综合评价,因此,本文首先考虑项目建设过程中的经济效益,从能源和经济维度建立了工业园区综合评价指标体系;然后,鉴于层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process, AHP)对评价结果带来的主观性影响,通过引入熵权法,对文中所建立的指标体系进行组合赋权,同时通过计算灰色关联度,得到最优建设方案。 Under the background of “Dual Carbon”, the development of clean energy has become an important hand in the transformation of China’s energy structure. China is vigorously promoting the construction of integrated energy system for industrial parks with new energy as the main energy source. In order to make the system have considerable economic benefits, it needs to be comprehensively evaluated before the project construction. Therefore, this paper first considers the economic benefits in the project construction process, and establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system of industrial parks from the energy and economic dimensions. Then, in view of the subjective impact of the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) on the evaluation results, the index system established in this paper is combined and weighted by introducing the entropy weight method. At the same time, the optimal construction scheme is obtained by calculating the gray correlation degree.
