城市更新背景下“城中村”土地再利用及发展探索

Exploration on Land Reuse and Development of "Urban Village" under Background of Urban Renewal

“城中村”是城镇化进程中普遍存在的问题,“城中村”改造则对现代化城镇建设具有重要作用。在城市更新的理念背景下,基于“城中村”现状问题的分析,结合城市更新三种演变模式针对不同“城中村”的状况,针对性提出“城中村”土地高效再利用的发展优化策略。

"Urban Village" is a common problem in the process of urbanization, and the transformation of "Urban Village" plays an important role in the construction of modern cities. In the context of the concept of urban renewal, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of "Urban Village". In combination with the three evolution modes of urban renewal and the different conditions of "Urban Village", the paper puts forward the development optimization strategy of land efficient reuse of "Urban Village".
