韧性视角下老旧小区适老化改造

Aging Adaptation Transformation of Old Community from Resilience Perspective

老旧小区在功能结构、空间布局和安全性等方面存在许多不足,老年人作为其居住的主体,很容易发生突发事故,所以适老化改造迫在眉睫。近年来,韧性理论成为研究热点,“韧性社区”建设成为我国未来的发展方向之一,基于此,本文通过结合适老化改造的原则和要求,提出了韧性视角下老旧小区改造的具体对策和建议,以其适应老年人需求,打造韧性社区,促进城市建设发展。

There are many deficiencies in the functional structure, spatial layout and safety of the old community. As the main living body, the elderly are prone to sudden accidents, so it is urgent to carry out renovation adapt to aging. In recent years, the theory of resilience has become a research hotspot, and the construction of “resilient community” has become one of the future development directions in China. By combining the principles and requirements of aging adaptation transformation, this paper puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions for the transformation of old communities from the perspective of resilience, so as to adapt to the needs of the elderly, create a resilient community and promote sustainable urban development.
