基于干式连接装配式预制混凝土复合墙板的外墙保温研究

摘要 近年来,干式连接式墙板由于其施工便捷、二次浇灌少和易于维护的特点,在实际项目中的应用越来越多,并在超低能耗项目中显现出低碳的优势。装配式预制混凝土复合墙板的热工性能是建筑能否实现超低能耗的关键,本文主要讨论在干式连接的形式下,如何实现对预制装配式混凝土墙板的有效保温,并在连接节点处实现有效的热桥阻断和保证拼缝处的防水性能,为干式连接装配式预制混凝土复合墙板的保温设计提供参考。 In recent years,due to the characteristics of convenient construction,less secondary watering and easy maintenance,dry-connected concrete wall has been widely used in practical projects,which has shown the low carbon advantages in ultra-low energy building projects.The thermal performance of prefabricated concrete composite wall panel is the key to achieve ultra-low energy consumption.This paper mainly discusses how to achieve effective thermal insulation of prefabricated concrete wall panel in the form of dry connection,safeguard effective thermal bridge block and ensure waterproof performance at the joints,which could provide reference for thermal insulation design of dry connection prefabricated concrete composite wall panel.
