摘要 砻谷是稻谷加工中产生碎米最多的工序之一,为提高生产利用率,降低生产资源消耗,对砻谷环节进行智能优化是十分必要的。结合砻谷实际产线现状,从工艺装置角度进行优化分析并分类加工数据,进一步研究了砻谷工序内基于MODBUS RTU协议的通讯方法,以期为砻谷环节智能制造方向提供思路,奠定数据传输基础。 Hulling is one of the processes that produce the most broken rice in rice processing. In order to im-prove the production efficiency and reduce the consumption of production resources, it is necessary to carry out intelligent optimization of the hulling process. This paper combines the current situation of the actual hulling pro-duction line, optimizes the analysis and classifies the processing data from the perspective of the process device,and further investigates the communication method based on the MODBUS RTU protocol within the hulling pro-cess, in order to provide ideas for the direction of intelligent manufacturing in the hulling process and to lay the foundation for data transmission.
