人卵丘颗粒细胞及胚胎培养液中线粒体的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 线粒体是人体内重要的细胞器,它在细胞供能、调节细胞凋亡、钙信号和活性氧的管理中发挥着重要作用。近几年来,线粒体研究在辅助生殖领域中越来越多,多数研究是关于卵母细胞的发育、卵巢储备功能等,而线粒体在卵丘颗粒细胞及体外胚胎培养液中的研究较少。卵丘颗粒细胞线粒体在预测胚胎质量及妊娠结局方面的作用仍没有明确定论,胚胎培养液中的线粒体能否预测胚胎发育潜能尚需进一步研究,本文就此热点展开综述,以期为临床研究提供最新理论依据。 Mitochondria is an important organelle in human body,which plays an important role in many cells’energy production,regulation of apoptosis,calcium signal and management of reactive oxygen species.In recent years,more and more studies on mitochondria have been done in assisted reproduction field,and most of them are related to oocyte development and ovarian reserve.However,there were few studies on cumulus granulosa cells and in vitro embryo culture medium.There is still no definite conclusion on the prediction of embryo quality and pregnancy outcome by mitochondria of cumulus granulosa cells.Whether mitochondria of embryo culture medium can predict embryo development potential needs further study.This paper reviews the hot spot to provide the latest theoretical basis for clinical research.
