Spatial variation in urban low-carbon development efficiency and its driving mechanism in Guangdong from a carbon neutral harmonized perspective

摘要 为了解广东省城市低碳发展现状,提高城市的低碳发展效率,利用DEA-Malmquist模型评价2009-2018年广东省城市的低碳发展效率空间分异特征及其演化特点,并运用地理探测器分析城市低碳发展效率空间分异的驱动机制。结果表明:(1)广东省各市的低碳发展效率存在较大差异,2009-2018年低碳发展效率较高的城市主要分布在珠三角,西翼城市的低碳发展效率处于中等以上水平,西翼城市的低碳发展效率水平优于东翼城市,东翼城市的低碳发展效率水平与山区差异不大;(2)广东省各市的全要素低碳发展效率与技术进步指数均呈增长趋势,但仍存在部分城市技术进步与技术效率下降并存的现象,该现象形成的原因主要因为缺乏优化产出效益的能力;(3)城市的生产效益是影响低碳发展效率的主导因素,能源消耗及科研资源、城市开发是影响低碳发展效率的重要因素。 In order to learn the current situation of low-carbon development in Guangdong cities, and improve low-carbon development efficiency, the DEA-Malmquist model was used to evaluate the spatial differentiation and evolution characteristics of low-carbon development efficiency in Guangdong province from 2009 to 2018, and the geographic detector was used to analyze the driving mechanism of spatial differentiation of low-carbon development efficiency. The results indicate that:(1) There are great differences in low-carbon development efficiency among cities in Guangdong province. From 2009 to 2018, cities with high low-carbon development efficiency are mainly distributed in the Pearl River Delta. The low carbon development efficiency of the west wing cities is above the medium level, the low carbon development efficiency level of the west wing cities is better than that of the east wing cities, and the low carbon development level of the east wing cities does not differ much from that of the mountains.(2) The Total Factor Produtivity and technological change of all cities in Guangdong province show an increasing trend, but there is still a coexistence of technological advancement and declining technological efficiency in some cities, mainly due to the lack of capacity to optimize the effectiveness of output.(3) Production efficiency is the dominant factor influencing urban low-carbon development efficiency, while energy consumption, research resources, and urban development are important factors influencing urban low-carbon development efficiency.
