高校教师课程思政能力提升的共同体模式研究 被引量:1

摘要 高校课程思政的终极目标是提升课程立德树人效能,教师是课程思政的“主力军”,高校教师课程思政能力直接影响高校课程立德树人的效能。高校教师课程思政能力是教师实践课程思政所需要的能力,既包括教师立德树人的使命感、自觉性,也包括教师从事高校课程思政应该具备的课程生产能力和课程教学能力等。从当前高校课程思政实施现状来看,部分高校教师课程思政能力不足是影响高校课程立德树人效能提升的主要因素,具体表现为部分高校教师育人的使命感、实践课程思政的自觉性、课程思政的课程生产能力和课程教学能力等存在一定的不足。高校教师课程思政能力提升共同体是由课程利益相关者(包括课程团队教师、教务工作者、课程设计者、学生、思政工作者等)以学校和学院制度为契约基础自发生成的一种互助团队形式,以提升高校教师课程思政能力为目的,以提升课程立德树人效能为终极目标,通过共同体情感共愉、凝聚共识、良治善治、共享共赢等功能促进高校教师互相学习、互相帮助、互相成就,进而实现提升高校教师课程思政能力的目标。 The ultimate goal of the curriculum-based ideological and political education is to improve the efficiency of moral education in college courses. Teachers are the "main force" of the curriculum-based ideological and political education, and the curriculum-based ideological and political education ability of college teachers directly affects the efficiency of college courses. The curriculum-based ideological and political education ability of college teachers is the ability needed by teachers to practice the curriculum-based ideological and political education, including not only the sense of mission and consciousness of cultivating people, but also the course production ability and course teaching ability. From the current situation of the curriculum-based ideological and political education in college courses, the lack of the curriculum-based ideological and political education ability of some university teachers is the main obstacle affects the effectiveness of college courses, which is embodied in the sense of mission, the consciousness of the curriculum-based ideological and political education practice, the production ability and teaching ability of curriculum-based ideological and political education. The community on improving the curriculum-based ideological and political education ability of college teachers is by curriculum stakeholders(including course team teachers, faculty members, curriculum designers, students, education workers, etc.) based on school and college system for contract spontaneous generated a kind of form of mutual team. It aims to improve college teachers’ education ability for the purpose and to enhance curriculum educational efficiency as the ultimate goal. Through the functions of community emotional pleasure, consensus, good governance, sharing and win-win, it to promote college teachers′ mutual learning, help each other, mutual achievement, and achieve the goal of improving college teachers’ curriculum education ability.
