摘要 SF_(6)是一种强温室气体,排入环境危害巨大,研究能替代SF_(6)的环保型绝缘气体是绿色发展的必然。文中首先简略介绍了针对SF_(6)替代气体的研究情况,重点结合工程实际应用需求,提出了环保型气体多维度评价体系,并依据提出的评价标准对多种潜在的SF_(6)替代气体进行了综合分析。综合理化性能、安全性能和绝缘性能多个维度评估,结果表明,C_(5)F_(10)O、C_(6)F_(12)O、C_(3)F_(7)CN综合性能优异,其中C_(5)F_(10)O、C_(6)F_(12)O混合气体具备应用于中低压设备,C_(3)F_(7)CN混合气体具备应用于中高压气体绝缘设备的潜力,该评估与目前的环保型绝缘气体设备的发展趋势相符,具有很好的参考性。 SF_(6)is a powerful greenhouse which cause great harm to the environment in case of release.With the demand of green industry,it’s necessary to research SF_(6)alternative gas.The current research situation of SF_(6)alternative gas is simply introduced in this paper at first.The multi-dimensional assessment system for environment-friendly gas in combination with the need of actual application of the project and,on the basis of the proposed standards,the multiple potential SF_(6)alternative gases are comprehensively analyzed.Based on the comprehensive assessment of physical and chemical properties,safety properties and insulation properties,the results show that C5F10O,C_(6)F_(12)O and C_(3)F_(7)CN have excellent comprehensive performance,in which,the C5F10O and C_(6)F_(12)O gas mixture has the potential to be used in medium and low voltage equipment,while the C_(3)F_(7)CN gas mixture has the potential to be used in medium and high voltage gas insulation equipment.This assessment is in line with the current development trend of environmentally friendly insulating gas equipment and has a good reference.
