摘要
针对目前高压开关柜运行评价大多只是对单一设备进行评价的问题,提出了一种基于多源信息融合,利用设备相似性,使用阈值判断与灰色关联分析的状态评价模型。首先通过带电检测数据、设备信息、设备缺陷三方面,进行多源信息融合并构建开关柜运行状态评价指标体系;然后将三角模糊引入层次分析法,计算指标的权重;考虑到短板效应,引入阈值判断;最后,利用灰色关联分析法,将设备运行环境及状态相近的开关柜进行横向对比及排序,并实现了同时对多台设备的运行趋势分析。通过算例分析,上述方法能更加准确地评估设备的运行状态,为设备检修及维护提供更多的依据。
In view of the problem that the operation evaluation of high voltage switch cabinet is only for single equipment at present,a kind of state evaluation model based on multi-source information fusion,the use of equipment similarity,the use of threshold judgment and gray correlation analysis is proposed. First,the multi-source information fusion is carried out and the operating state evaluation index system of the high voltage switch cabinet is constructed through such three aspects as live detection data,equipment information and equipment defects. Then,triangular fuzziness is introduced into analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of index. Considering the short board effect,the threshold judgment is introduced. Finally,the gray relation analysis method is used to compare and sort the switch cabinets with similar operating environment and state,and the operation trend analysis of multiple equipment is achieved simultaneously. Through the analysis of calculation examples,the above methods can more accurately evaluate the operation state of equipment and provide more basis for equipment overhaul and maintenance.
