镜铁山矿全尾砂胶结充填体强度与灰砂比和料浆浓度关系的研究

摘要 以镜铁山铜矿全尾砂、水泥、水混合制备而成的胶结充填体为研究对象,利用NYL-300型压力试验机,通过单轴抗压强度压缩试验方式进行全尾砂胶结充填体强度试验,得到在不同灰砂比和料浆浓度下全尾砂胶结充填体强度对比之间存在的关系。试验数据表明:全尾砂胶结充填体强度在其它影响因素完全相同的情况下,充填体强度随着灰砂比升高或料浆浓度的增大而增高,且灰砂比对充填体强度的影响明显比料浆浓度对充填体强度的影响显著。 Taking the cemented backfill prepared by whole tailings,cement and water in Jingtieshan copper mine as the research object,the strength test of whole tailings cemented backfill was conducted by means of uniaxial compressive strength compression test using NYL-300 pressure testing machine,and the relationship between the strength contrast of tailings cemented backfill under different cement sand ratio and slurry concentration was obtained.The test data shows that the strength of whole tailings cemented backfill increases with the increase of cement sand ratio or slurry concentration under the condition that other influencing factors are identical,and the influence of cement sand ratio on the strength of backfill is more significant than that of slurry concentration.
