摘要
硅铁矿热炉在炉役后期常出现炉体外观鼓包变形,炉墙侵蚀严重等问题。本文通过在停炉清理炉内积料期间,对炉内炉墙、炉底及炉眼侵蚀情况进行了测量、调查、统计与分析,为硅铁矿热炉安全稳定运行、延长炉役寿命提供技术支持。
In the later period of furnace service,the appearance of the furnace body is often bulging and deformed,and the furnace wall is seriously eroded.In this paper,the erosion of furnace wall,furnace bottom and furnace hole in the furnace was measured,investigated,counted and analyzed during the period of stopping the furnace to clean up the accumulated material in the furnace,providing technical support for the safe and stable operation of the ferrosilicon hot furnace and extending the service life of the furnace.
