摘要 为实现降低LHJ502焊条配方设计成本的目的,在原LHJ502焊条配方的基础上,采用还原钛矿代替部分85度金红石、中碳锰铁代替钼铁和微碳铬铁的试验方法,在保证焊条质量的基础上降低LHJ502焊条配方设计成本。试验结果表明:优化后的LHJ502焊条工艺性能良好,焊条熔敷金属化学成份及力学性能均能满足相关国家技术标准的要求,将优化后的LHJ502焊应用于焊接16锰钢等相应强度的低合金钢结构中,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。 In order to achieve the purpose of reducing the design cost of LHJ502 electrode formula,on the basis of the original LHJ502 electrode formula,the test method of reducing titanium ore to replace part of 85 degree rutile,medium-carbon ferromanganese to replace ferromolybdenum and micro-carbon ferrochrome was adopted to reduce the design cost of LHJ502 electrode formula on the basis of ensuring the quality of the electrode.The test results show that the optimized LHJ502 welding rod has good technological performance,and the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the deposited metal of the welding rod can meet the requirements of relevant national technical standards.The optimized LHJ502 welding rod has been applied to the welding of low alloy steel structures with corresponding strength such as 16 manganese steel,and has achieved good economic and social benefits.
