摘要
本文通过针对抛丸机衬板的现场使用环境,对抛丸机衬板材质成分进行设计,制定四种热处理工艺,并进行了对比分析,确定淬火温度、淬火介质对抛丸机衬板组织性能的影响。结果表明:设计合适的材质成分以及热处理工艺参数,以改变衬板组织,可以达到使用环境要求性能。
In this paper,the material composition of the lining plate of the shot blasting machine is designed according to the on-site use environment of the lining plate of the shot blasting machine,four kinds of heat treatment processes are formulated,and the effects of quenching temperature and quenching medium on the structure and properties of the lining plate of the shot blasting machine are determined through comparative analysis.The results show that the design of appropriate material composition and heat treatment process parameters to change the lining structure can meet the performance requirements of the use environment.
