热分段剪大型人字齿轮减速机轴承装配分析

摘要 酒钢集团中厚板板生产轧线的热分段剪高速轴轴承一直是故障高频发生部位,平均每两年就会发生一次烧损故障。本文针对2022年3月高速轴轴承检修后二次损坏的情况,从轴承游隙、轴承座孔位、运转振动值和温度因素等方面分析故障原因,并针对性总结了故障维修技术方案和事故防范措施,为以后此类故障提供维修依据及方向。 The high speed shaft bearing of the hot section shear in the medium and heavy plate rolling line of JISCO has always been the place with high frequency of failure,and the burnout failure occurs once every two years on average.In view of the secondary damage of the high-speed shaft bearing after maintenance in March 2022,this paper analyzes the cause of the fault from the bearing clearance,bearing seat hole position,operating vibration value and temperature factors,and summarizes the technical scheme of fault maintenance and accident prevention measures to provide the basis and direction for future maintenance of such faults.
