摘要
近年来,人们对生活质量的要求逐渐提高,但是从供应链层面来看,依旧有层出不穷的质量管理问题,比如供应链中的信息难以搜集和追踪、生鲜果蔬流通过程易腐坏、冷链系统不完善等。文中通过分析区块链的特征优势,建立可追溯食品安全管理系统,探究区块链技术在生鲜农产品供应链质量管理体系中的应用,构建基于区块链的生鲜农产品供应链质量管理框架模型,并从各个作业环节分析系统运作流程,以期为生鲜农产品质量监督体系的完善提供参考。
In recent years,people's requirements for the quality of life have gradually increased,but from the perspective of the supply chain,there are still endless quality management problems,such as the difficulty in collecting and tracking information in the supply chain,the perishability of fresh fruits and vegetables in the circulation process,the imperfection of cold chain system,etc.By analyzing the characteristics and advantages of blockchain,this paper establishes a traceable food safety management system,explores the application of blockchain technology in the fresh agricultural product supply chain quality management system,builds a fresh agricultural product supply chain quality management framework model based on blockchain,and analyzes the system operation process from each operation link,in order to provide references for the improvement of the fresh agricultural product quality supervision system.
