基于“一带一路”背景的大连港与城市经济耦合协调发展研究

Study on the Coupling Coordination Development of Dalian Port and Urban Economy Based on“the Belt and Road”Initiative

港口是带动城市经济发展的重要资源和重要支撑,同时城市又为港口提供充足的货源保证,二者相辅相成,因此港口与城市经济的耦合协调程度是区域经济一体化发展的关键一环。为探究大连港与城市经济的耦合协调程度,文中以“一带一路”倡议为背景,计算2010-2020年大连港与城市经济的综合发展指数,分析近十年来港口与城市经济发展情况,然后构建耦合协调模型对港口与城市经济耦合协调程度进行分析。结果表明:大连港发展状况良好,目前大连处于城市滞后型发展阶段;大连港与城市经济耦合协调处于高度协调阶段。

The port is an important resource and support for the development of the urban economy,while the city provides sufficient supply guarantee for the port.The degree of coupling coordination between the port and the urban economy is a key part of the regional economic integration development.In order to explore the degree of coupling coordination between Dalian Port and urban economy,this paper calculates the comprehensive development index of Dalian Port and urban economy from 2010 to 2020 in the context of“the Belt and Road”initiative as well as analyzes the economic development of port and urban economy in the past ten years,and then constructs a coupling coordination model to analyze the degree of coupling coordination between port and urban economy.The results show that the development of Dalian Port is in good condition,and Dalian is currently in the stage of urban lagging development;the coupling coordination between Dalian Port and urban economy is in a highly coordinated stage.
