摘要
KPI作为现代企业用于绩效考核的管理工具之一,受到众多企业的普遍认可。在经济全球化发展背景下,物流企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中占据优势,必须将企业的战略目标与KPI绩效考核指标相结合,以不断提高企业自身的绩效管理效率,逐步实现企业的长远期目标,从而推动物流企业的长期健康发展。基于此,文中主要探讨以KPI为核心的绩效管理在物流企业中的应用。
As one of the management tools,KPI is widely applied to performance appraisal in modern enterprises,and obtains a universal approval.Under the background of economic globalization,in order to maintain the advantage in the fierce market competition,logistics enterprises should integrate their strategic objectives with KPI performance evaluation index,so as to raise the efficiency of performance management continuously,and achieve the long term goals gradually,thus promoting healthy development of logistics enterprises.Based on these,this paper mainly discusses the application of performance management with KPI as the core in logistics enterprises.
