中国医药冷链物流管理的研究综述

Review of Pharmaceutical Cold Chain Logistics Management in China

实行有效的医药冷链物流管理,是医药制品高效流通的重要保障。文中围绕医药冷链物流管理系统、成本管理、风险管理、配送管理、第三方冷链物流管理五个方面对医药冷链物流管理的已有研究进行了梳理与总结。经分析得出,配送管理是近年来研究的重点;共同配送能够有效解决企业的成本问题,但需要处理好成本分摊问题;在管理系统方面,近几年的研究集中于对运输模块的优化以及对现有技术在监控与数据存储方面的运用;风险管理的研究集中在风险分析与风险控制方法;而如何对第三方冷链物流企业进行有效的监管与评估是第三方冷链物流管理研究的重点。

The implementation of efficient pharmaceutical cold chain management is an important guarantee for the effective circulation of pharmaceutical products.This article sorts out and summarizes the existing research on pharmaceutical cold chain management in five aspects:pharmaceutical cold chain management system,cost management,risk management,distribution management,and third-party cold chain management.After analysis,it is concluded that distribution management is the focus of research in recent years;joint distribution can effectively solve the cost problem of enterprises,but the cost apportionments problem should be handled well;the core of the research on management systems lies in the optimization of the transportation module and the application of the existing technology in supervision and data storage;the research on risk management focuses on risk analysis and risk control method;the effective realization of the supervision and evaluation of third-party cold-chain enterprises is the focus of third-party cold-chain logistics management research.
