Exploration of Improving Learning Effect of Supply Chain Management Course by Five Dimensions and Three Prespectives

新冠疫情对我国经济社会造成巨大冲击,停供、停产、停工等断链“危机”对供应链管理提出了更高的要求,后疫情时代供应链的运转也成为社会各界广泛关注的焦点。文中针对如何提升学生能力,如何培养学生的跨学科思维和综合解决供应链问题的能力,以及如何引导学生参与工程设计创新实践、科学研究和技术推广等,创新了基于学生能力提升的“五维三分”课程方法,探索了基于学生能力提升的人才培养模式,打造了“农林特色+学科竞赛”的人才培养路径,为实现高等教育改革、创新供应链人才培养模式打下坚实的基础。

COVID-19 has made a rude shock for China's economy.The crisis of the chain breakings such as stopping supply,stopping production and downtime has challenged the supply chain management.In the post epidemic era,the operation of the supply chain has also become the focus of all walks of life.This paper,aiming at how to improve students ability,how to cultivate students interdisciplinary thinking and ability to comprehensively solve the supply chain problems and how to guide students to participate in the engineering design innovation practice,the scientific research and the technology promotion,innovates the“Five Dimensions and Three Perspectives”(FDTP)curriculum model based on the improvement of students ability,explores the mind-polishing mode,and creates a characteristic path of“agriculture and forestry characteristics+discipline competition”,so as to lay a solid foundation for the reform of the higher education and the innovation of talent training mode of the supply chain circle.
