当今社会,国民健康意识不断增强,给予医药安全性较高的重视度。特别是最近几年,全国范围内很多地区出现了医药安全事件,疫苗失效也使得人们对于医药安全性问题越来越关注,这些事件的发生从侧面反应了医药冷链物流建设不完善。所以医药领域开始引进先进的技术手段,将医药生产、流通、存储等各个环节串联在一起,形成一个闭环式链条,确保药品使用安全。文中将研究重点放在了区块链技术在医药冷链物流中的应用上,在对区块链技术原理以及冷链物流进行简单概述以后,重点分析了区块链技术在医药冷链物流应用平台的构建,并且梳理了应用的成效。

In today’s society, the national health consciousness is constantly enhanced, and higher attention is paid to the safety of medicine.Especially in recent years, there have been medical safety incidents in many areas across the country, and vaccine failure also makes people pay more and more attention to medical safety issues.The occurrence of these incidents reflects the imperfect construction of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics from one side.Therefore, advanced technology means are introduced in the field of medicine, and pharmaceutical production, distribution, storage and other links are connected in series to form a closed-loop chain, to ensure the safety of drug use.This paper focuses on the application of blockchain technology in pharmaceutical cold chain logistics.After a brief overview of the principle of blockchain technology and cold chain logistics, it focuses on analyzing the construction of blockchain technology in the application platform of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics, and summarizes the effect of application.
