我国农产品冷链物流效率评价及提升对策研究——基于DEA—Malmquist指数

Research on the Evaluation and Promotion Strategy of Agricultural Products Cold Chain Logistics Efficiency in China——Based on the DEA-Malmquist Index

为加快我国农产品冷链物流业的发展,文中应用DEA模型中的CCR、BCC模型和Malmquist指数对我国各省农产品冷链物流的效率做出评价分析,发现制约我国农产品冷链物流发展效率的主要原因是投入规模太大、科技创新不足、信息化运用不强等。据此,文中提出各地应大力引进冷链物流人才;企业应加强运用先进技术,引进国外管理理念等提高我国农产品冷链物流效率的具体对策建议。

In order to speed up the development of Chinese agricultural cold chain logistics, the paper used the CCR model and BCC model in DEA model and Malmquist index for the analysis of the efficiency evaluation of the provincial agricultural products cold chain logistics and found out the main reasons of restricting Chinese agricultural products cold chain logistics development efficiency, which are too large investment scale, lack of scientific and technological innovation, weak informatization application and so on.Therefore, this paper proposes that all regions should vigorously introduce cold chain logistics talents;enterprises should strengthen the use of advanced technologies and introduce the foreign management concepts and other specific countermeasures to improve the agricultural products cold chain logistics efficiency in China.
