摘要
长江经济带已经步入高质量发展新阶段,对其交通运输体系也提出了更高的发展要求。文中选取2010-2019年长江经济带沿线11个省市为研究对象,采用以CO_(2)排放量作为非期望产出的Super-SBM模型和ML指数测算研究长江经济带交通运输业的碳排放效率,并利用莫兰指数分析其空间分布特征。结果表明:长江经济带交通运输业碳排放效率变化呈现“N”字形趋势;规模效率增加和技术进步是碳排放效率上升的主要驱动力;长江经济带交通运输业碳排放效率缺乏区域联动性。
The Yangtze River Economic Belt has entered a new stage of high-quality development, which has also put forward higher development requirements for its transportation system.This paper selects 11 provinces and cities along the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2010 to 2019 as the research objects, uses the Super-SBM model and ML index with CO2emissions as the undesired output to calculate and study the carbon emission efficiency of the transportation industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and adopts Moran’s I to analyze its spatial distribution characteristics.The results show that: the change of carbon emission efficiency of the transportation industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt presents an “N”-shaped trend;the increase of scale efficiency and technological progress are the main driving forces for the increase of carbon emission efficiency;the carbon emission efficiency of the transportation industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt lacks regional linkage.
