基于MCND的铁路货运节点功能布局优化

Function Layout Optimization of Railway Freight Nodes Based on Multi-commodity Network Design

摘要 基于多商品网络设计(MCND)方法,文中通过构建枢纽内铁路货物运输成本模型,应用ILOG CPLEX对某铁路枢纽既有货运节点进行了求解运算,得到货运节点的功能布局优化方案。结果表明:多商品网络设计方法能很好地解决铁路货运节点的功能优化问题;通过货物品类集中化,铁路运营部门可以显著降低运输成本,特别是空车调运成本。铁路部门应引导货源向新投产物流中心转移,同时关停一些货运量少的货运节点。 Based on the multi-commodity network design(MCND) method, this paper builds the cost models of railway freight transportation in the hub, applies ILOG CPLEX to solve the existing freight nodes of a railway hub, and obtains the optimization scheme of the functional layout of freight nodes finally.The results show that the multi-commodity network design method can well solve the function optimization problem of railway freight nodes.Through the centralization of goods categories, railway operations can significantly reduce transport costs, especially the cost of empty car dispatching.The railway department should guide the transfer of freight sources to the newly put into operation logistics center, and close down some freight nodes with low freight volume.
