摘要
文中采用主成分分析等方法,研究2011-2020年相关数据,实证分析了近期物流信息化的发展现状等方面。研究发现江苏省物流信息化的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战分别为:常住人口较多,人口密度较高、平原众多,工业发达、高校资源丰富,人才较多、基础设施建设完善;企业劣性竞争,对信息化投入不足、人才利用程度低,缺乏国际竞争力、纵向一体化程度低、横向差异化和多元化缺失;政策的扶持、其他企业业务外包的需要;疫情影响物流业发展、国际形势的影响、经济大环境的影响。影响因素大致可以分为经济、教育和信息化环境基础(包括经济、教育和信息化相关建设)与物流行业人员和信息化人员基础(包括物流行业和信息化相关行业的就业人员)。江苏省应着力于物流行业和信息化相关行业的就业人员方面的建设,以助力物流信息化发展。
This paper uses principal component analysis and other methods to study the relevant data from 2011 to 2020,and empirically analyzes the recent development status of logistics informatization.It is found that the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of logistics informatization in Jiangsu Province are: large resident population, high population density, numerous plains, developed industry, rich university resources, more talents and perfect infrastructure construction;inferior competition of enterprises, insufficient investment in informatization, low utilization of talents, lack of international competitiveness, low level of vertical integration, lack of horizontal differentiation and diversification;policy support, business outsourcing needs of other enterprises;the epidemic affecting the development of logistics industry, the international situation and the economic environment.The influencing factors can be roughly divided into economic, educational and information environment foundation(including economic, educational and information related construction) and logistics industry personnel and information personnel foundation(including employees in logistics industry and information related industries).Jiangsu Province should focus on the construction of employees in the logistics industry and information related industries, so as to contribute to the development of logistics information.
