基于现代学徒制的新疆高职物流人才培养研究——以新疆应用职业技术学院为例

Research on Logistics Talent Training of Higher Vocational Colleges in Xinjiang Based on Modern Apprenticeship——Taking Xinjiang Career Technical College as an Example

教育必须面向现代化,在经济高速发展的今天,高职院校的人才培养也遇到了许多新问题。文中以新疆地区高职物流管理专业为切入点,调查研究当地企业的人才需求情况,探讨物流管理专业在人才培养中存在的一些问题,并提出在物流管理专业实施现代学徒制的对策及推进措施,以期探索符合新疆地区物流企业需求的高技能人才培养之路。

Education should be faced with modernization, and in today’s economic development with high speed, the talent training of higher vocational colleges is encountering many new problems. Starting from the logistics management major of higher vocational colleges in Xinjiang, this paper investigates and studies the situation of local enterprises’ demand for talents, explores the problems existing in talent training of logistics management major and puts forward corresponding countermeasures of implementing modern apprenticeship in logistics management major, so as to find out the path o f high-skilled talent training in line with the logistics enterprises’ demand in Xinjiang.
