地方高校多维创新性人才培养模式的探索与实践——以湖北经济学院为例

Exploration and Practice of Multi-dimensional Innovative Talent Training Mode in Local Universities——Taking Hubei University of Economics as an Example

在新理念、新技术、新模式的现代物流业高质量快速发展的新时代,在高等教育普及化、经济转型升级、国际环境转向、疫情防控常态化的多要素驱动下,高校如何培养满足我国物流业发展需要的物流人才已刻不容缓。湖北经济学院作为地方院校,通过物流管理国家级一流本科专业建设点培养服务地方经济发展的物流人才是其首要职责。为此,文中围绕人才培养体系构建了多维创新性物流人才培养模式,并探索多维创新性人才培养模式及动态调整机制的实践路径。

In the new era of the rapid development with high quality of modern logistics industry with new concepts, new technologies and new models, it is urgent for universities to train logistics talents to meet the development needs of China’s logistics industry under the background of popularization of higher education, economic transformation and upgrading, international environment transformation, and epidemic prevention and control normalization.As a local university, the primary responsibility of Hubei University of Economics(HBUE) is to train talents to serve the development of local economy through national first-class undergraduate program construction site of logistics management.Therefore, logistics management major of HBUE has constructed a multi-dimensional innovative talent training mode around the talent training system, and explored the practical path of multi-dimensional innovative talent training mode and dynamic adjustment mechanism.
