某型高压冷却器结构的抗震特性研究

摘要 高压冷却器作为核主泵的辅助设备,主要作用是冷却注入水从而保证轴密封的安全运行。通常将其划分为质保一级、安全一级和抗震I类设备。为了保证其运行的安全性,在设计开发时需进行抗震分析。在所模拟的地震工况下,对高压冷却器本体结构的抗震特性进行了研究。计算了高压冷却器整体结构和内件结构模态,同时基于模态叠加法,对在地震载荷、不同组合加速度、内压等单一载荷作用下及其叠加下的内件结构应力和法兰处的约束反力及力矩进行了分析。结果表明,在研究地震对高压冷却器的影响时,无需对整体结构进行谱分析,只需要对内件结构进行谱分析,因此,通过对地震状态下的所有部件进行评定,表明高压冷却器结构的最大应力满足抗震要求,具备良好的抗震性能。 As an auxiliary equipment of the reactor coolant pump, the high-pressure cooler is mainly used to cool the injection water to ensure the safe operation of the shaft seal. It is usually classified as quality assurance class 1, safety class 1 and seismic class I equipment. In order to ensure the safety of its operation, seismic analysis is required during design and development. The seismic characteristics of high-pressure cooler body structure are studied under the simulated earthquake conditions. Based on the modal superposition method, the internal structural stress and the constraint reaction and moment at the flange are analyzed under the action of earthquake load, different combined accelerations, internal pressure and other single loads. The results show that it is not necessary to carry out the spectral analysis on the whole structure in the study of the influence of earthquake on the high-pressure cooler, but only need to carry out the spectral analysis on the internal structure. Therefore, through the evaluation of all components under the earthquake state, it can improve that the maximum stress of the high-pressure cooler structure meets the seismic requirements and has good seismic performance.
