高寒区不同豇豆品种生长特性及饲用品质研究 被引量:1

Research on the Growth Characteristics and Forage Quality of Different Cowpea Varieties in Cold Region

摘要 为筛选出适宜高寒区种植的优质豇豆品种,探究了山西大同高寒区9个豇豆品种的生长特性及饲草品质。结果表明,9个豇豆品种在试验地均能完成生育过程,且作为饲草种植最佳收获期为结荚期。其中以品豇dt2018-5、JD-01和品豇dt2018-9这3个品种表现良好,干物质含量分别为31.9%、35.2%和32.6%,粗蛋白含量分别为22.4%、25.5%和24.2%,粗脂肪含量分别为1.7%、1.4%和1.6%,酸性洗涤纤维含量分别为21.5%、21.2%和24.6%,中性洗涤纤维含量分别为24.5%、27.6%和31.2%,干草产量分别为496、352和325kg/hm^(2),鲜草产量分别为2661、2241和2132kg/hm^(2)。故品豇dt2018-5、JD-01和品豇dt2018-9可作为推广品种。 In order to identify high-quality varieties suiting for planting in the chilly zone, growth traits and fodder quality of nine cowpea varieties were examined in Datong, Shanxi. The nine varieties could finish full maturity in cold region in Shanxi, and the podding period was the optimal period to collect them for feeding. The three cowpea varieties, Pinjiang dt2018-5, JD-01, and Pinjiang dt2018-9, performed better than the others and could be used as widely distributed varieties;the dry matter content were 31.9%, 35.2% and 32.6%, respectively;the crude protein content were 22.4%, 25.5% and 24.2%, respectively;the crude fat content were 1.7%, 1.4% and1.6%, respectively;the acid detergent fiber content were 21.5%, 21.2% and 24.6%, respectively;neutral detergent content were 24.5%, 27.6% and 31.2%, respectively;hay yields were 496, 352 and 325kg/ha,respectively;fresh grass yields were 2661, 2241 and 2132kg/ha, respectively. Therefore, Pinjiang dt2018-5,JD-01 and Pinjiang dt2018-9 could be used as popularized varieties in the alpine area of Datong, Shanxi.
