深共晶溶剂处理对HDPE/改性甘蔗渣复合材料性能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Deep Eutectic Solvent Treatment on Properties of HDPE/Modified Bagasse Composites

摘要 采用深共晶溶剂(DES)改性处理甘蔗渣,将高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)与改性甘蔗渣混合,使用注塑成型法制备HDPE/改性甘蔗渣复合材料。结果表明:DES处理能够部分溶解甘蔗渣中半纤维素和木质素。与未改性处理甘蔗渣(UT-BS)相比,CC-LA改性处理甘蔗渣(LA-BS)和CC-U改性处理甘蔗渣(U-BS)的结晶度分别增加43.4%和15.1%;CC-G改性处理甘蔗渣(G-BS)结晶度降低13.2%。CC-LA、CC-G和CC-U改性甘蔗渣复合材料相比未处理材料,断裂伸长率分别增加11.5%、11.0%和12.8%,冲击强度分别增强14.1%、22.4%和22.4%。CC-LA改性甘蔗渣复合材料的拉伸强度(30.5 MPa)和弯曲强度(32.58 MPa),优于CC-U和CC-G改性处理的复合材料。 Bagasse was modified by deep eutectic solvent(DES),high density polyethylene(HDPE)was mixed with modified bagasse and HDPE/modified bagasse composites were prepared by injection molding.The results show that DES treatment can partially dissolve hemicellulose and lignin in bagasse.Compared with the unmodified bagasse(UT-BS),the crystallinity of CC-LA modified bagasse(LA-BS)and CC-U modified bagasse(U-BS)increased by 43.4%and 15.1%,respectively.The crystallinity of CC-G modified bagasse(G-BS)decreased by 13.2%.Compared with untreated materials,the elongation at break of CC-LA,CC-G and CC-U modified bagasse composites are increased by 11.5%,11.0%and12.8%,respectively,and the impact strength are increased by 14.1%,22.4%and 22.4%,respectively.The tensile strength and flexural strength of CC-LA modified bagasse composites are 30.5 MPa and 32.58 MPa,which are better than those of CC-U and CC-G modified composites.
