摘要
体液中的微小RNA(miRNA)采集方便,创伤性小,具有作为颅内动脉瘤(IA)生物标志物的潜力,适合于IA的早期筛查与破裂预测。稳定存在于血清、血浆等体液中的miRNA(即循环miRNA)参与调控血管平滑肌细胞和内皮细胞功能,在IA发生与进展的病理生理过程中发挥重要作用。本文现围绕循环miRNA作为生物标志物在IA早期诊断、破裂预测及预后评估中的研究现况综述如下。
Micro RNAs in body fluids,enjoying convenient collection and less invasion,have the potential of being biomarkers of intracranial aneurysm(IA),and are suitable for early screening and rupture prediction of IA.The stable micro-RNAs(circulating micro RNAs)in serum,plasma and other body fluids are involved in regulating the functions of vascular smooth muscle cells and endothelial cells,and play important roles in pathophysiological process of IA progression.In this paper,the current research progress of circulating micro RNAs as biomarkers in the early diagnosis,rupture prediction and prognoses of IA are summarized as follows.
