摘要
在新时代背景下,地方应用型高校具有明确发展定位、落实立德树人根本任务,为国家和社会培育应用型人才的使命和责任。因此,地方应用型高校需明确劳动教育的价值意蕴,不断增强劳动教育的有效性。但当前劳动教育在认知、课程与教学形式等方面存在诸多弊端,需结合地方应用型高校的育人特点,采取有效策略创新教育模式,提升应用型人才培养质量。
Under the background of the new era,local application-oriented colleges and universities have the mission and responsibility to clarify the development orientation,implement the fundamental task of moral education,and cultivate applied talents for the country and society.Therefore,local application-oriented colleges and universities need to clarify the value implication of labor education and continuously improve the effectiveness of labor education.However,there are many drawbacks in the current labor education in terms of cognition,curriculum and teaching form.It is necessary to combine the educational characteristics of local application-oriented colleges and universities,take effective strategies to innovate the education model,and improve the quality of applied talents training.
