摘要
新时代教育评价改革背景下对幼儿教师也提出了新的要求,教育评价对教师成长和幼儿发展都具有重要意义。在新时代教育评价视角下对幼儿教师在角色游戏评价方面进行思考,发现幼儿教师在进行角色游戏评价时主要存在以下不足:评价主体以教师为主;评价方式过于单一;评价内容不够深入;评价多以结果评价为主。为更好地完善幼儿教师角色游戏评价的不足,幼儿园要开展多种培训,幼儿教师要不断提高游戏评价的能力素养,在评价环节中以幼儿为主,选择多样化的评价方式,注重游戏过程的评价和评价内容的全面化。
Under the background of educational evaluation reform in the new era,new requirements are also put forward for preschool teachers.Educational evaluation is of great significance to teachers’growth and children’s development.From the perspective of educational evaluation in the new era,this paper considers the role game evaluation of preschool teachers,and finds that there are the following deficiencies in the role game evaluation of preschool teachers:the main body of evaluation is teachers;the evaluation method is too single;the evaluation content is not deep enough;the evaluation is mainly based on result evaluation.In order to better improve the deficiency of preschool teachers’role game evaluation,kindergartens should carry out a variety of training.Preschool teachers should constantly improve the ability of game evaluation,give priority to children in the evaluation process,choose diversified evaluation methods,and pay attention to the evaluation of the game process and the comprehensiveness of the evaluation content.
