中职生问题行为的干预与疏导策略探究

摘要 以调查研究为基础,从中职学生文化基础薄弱、自身克服困难能力不强、家长素质偏低、家庭教育欠缺等突出问题入手,通过对中职生问题行为的调研与分析,摸清现状,找准问题结症,有针对性地提出“五学”干预法、“五育”疏导法、家校共育“五个到位”等策略方法,以期为提升中职学校德育工作水平和学生综合素质提供指导。 Based on the investigation and research,this paper starts with the prominent problems such as the weak cultural foundation of secondary vocational students,their weak ability to overcome difficulties,the low quality of parents and the lack of family education.Through the investigation and analysis of problem behavior of secondary vocational students,it is necessary to find out the current situation and causes of the problems.In order to provide guidance for improving the level of moral education in secondary vocational schools and the comprehensive quality of students,this paper puts forward some strategies and methods,such as“Five Learning”intervention method,“Five Education”counseling method,and“Five Full Implementation”of home-school co-education.
