医工人员在医学影像检查结果互认工作中的职能定位探索

目的从医工视角探讨推行医学影像检查结果互认的必要条件,助力互认工作推行.方法通过文献查阅及当前实施现状调研,分析影像互认的难点及关键点,对与医工紧密相关的因素进行分析,进行职能定位与探索.结果从制定并执行医学影像学设备质量控制与管理规范、指导进行设备规范操作和管理、参与制定建立统一的医学影像质量评估标准、区域影像共享平台建设、医学影像设备绩效评价这5个方面给出医工人员的职能定位和作用发挥的途径.结论医学影像检查结果互认工作意义重大,需要临床、医技、医工等各主体的积极参与和深入融合,统一操作规范,充分发挥各自专业技术特色,确保不同医院、不同学科检查结果同质化,最大限度降低医疗安全隐患.

Objective To explore the necessary conditions for the implementation of mutual recognition of medical imaging examination results from the perspective of medical engineering,and to help the implementation of mutual recognition.Methods Through literature review and current implementation status,the difficulties and key points of mutual recognition of images were analyzed,and the factors closely related to clinical engineering were analyzed to carry out functional positioning and exploration.Results From formulating and implementing the quality control and management specifications of medical imaging equipment,guiding the standardized operation and management of equipment,participating in the formulation and establishment of unified medical imaging quality assessment standards,building regional image sharing platforms,and evaluating the performance of medical imaging equipment.This aspect gives the functional orientation of clinical engineer and the way to play their role.Conclusion The work of mutual recognition of medical imaging examination results is of great significance.It requires the active participation and in-depth integration of clinical,medical technology,clinical engineering and other subjects,unifying operating standards,giving full play to their professional and technical characteristics,and ensuring that the examination results of different hospitals and different disciplines are the same in order to minimize medical safety hazards.
