智慧服务保障平台建设与使用——以婴儿培养箱为例

摘要 目的搭建管理婴儿培养箱的智慧医疗设备服务保障云平台.方法综合运用物联网、大数据、人工智能、云计算、5G先进技术,搭建设备保障管理模块,工程师维修及数据分析模块,商家快响应技术服务模块和在线人员培训及考试模块.结果该平台开发完成后,已收集验收厂家终端272类设备培训课件以及说明书、维修手册等.系统在我院分院部署完毕,准备投入使用.我院在该平台已成功验收5台对于婴儿培养箱,方便、快捷、高效,工作效率提升300%以上.结论该智慧平台的搭建,为临床医生节省更多时间,助力医生更多关注患者,为患者提供高质医疗服务,为患者制定更精准的诊疗方案,助力医疗机构之间检查结果互信互认. Objective Build a smart medical equipment service guarantee cloud platform to manage the baby incubator. Methods The advanced technologies of Internet of things, big data, artificial intelligence, cloud computing and 5G were comprehensively applied to build the equipment support management module, engineer maintenance and data analysis module, business quick response technology service module and online personnel training and examination module. Results After the development and implementation of the platform, 272 types of equipment training courseware, instructions and maintenance manuals have been collected and accepted from the manufacturers. The system has been deployed in our branch and is ready for use. Our hospital has successfully accepted a baby incubator on this platform, which is convenient, fast and efficient, work efficiency increased by 300%. Conclusion The construction of this intelligent platform can save more time for clinicians, help doctors pay more attention to patients, provide high-quality medical services for patients, formulate more accurate diagnosis and treatment plans for patients, and help medical institutions to trust and recognize each other’s examination results.
