医用敷料智能制造关键环节与技术分析

摘要 目的通过分析医用敷料生产的关键环节和技术,为敷料智能制造设备研发设计及生产线优化升级提供参考建议.方法梳理医用敷料一般生产工艺包含的关键环节,从医用敷料生产中的涂布机干燥箱的优化设计和涂布流水线的张力智能控制两个方面进行了关键技术分析以及智能化改造的特点.结果敷料智能制造产线方案需重点研究、设计:①干燥区域的划分,将一个烘道划分多个干燥区域可以提高干燥效率,根据不同的材料和干燥工艺,选择最优的干燥区域长度,达到节能减排的目的;②干燥箱参数的实时控制,利用仿真软件模拟干燥工艺得出最优的干燥温度、风量和回风比等重要控制参数,解决当前依赖人工、缺乏科学计算与理论支撑的控制方法;③张力控制系统的智能化改造应从传输造成的摩擦力、电机的转动力矩和不同电机间的线速度差三种产生张力的主要因素方面进行针对性改进.结论医用敷料的智能制造可重点从涂布干燥系统以及张力控制系统方面进行升级改造;同时,部署定制化的生产执行系统MES也是敷料智能制造的发展趋势. ObjectiveTo analyze the key links and technologies of medical dressing production,and to provide reference suggestions for the development and design of intelligent dressing manufacturing equipment and the optimization and upgrading of production line.Methods The key links included in the general production process of medical dressings were sorted out,and the key technology was analyzed from two aspects of the optimal design of the drying oven of the coating machine in the production of medical dressings and the intelligent control of tension in the coating assembly line.The characteristics of intelligent transformation were also analyzed.Results Dressing intelligent manufacturing production line scheme needs to focus on research and design:①The division of drying area.Dividing a drying tunnel into multiple drying areas can improve drying efficiency.According to different materials and drying processes,the optimal length of drying area can be selected to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction②Real-time control of drying oven parameters,using simulation software to simulate the drying process to obtain the optimal drying temperature,air volume and return air ratio and other important control parameters,to solve the current control method relying on manual work,lack of scientific calculation and theoretical support;③The intelligent transformation of the tension control system should be targeted to improve the three main factors that produce tension:friction caused by transmission,torque of motor and linear speed difference between different motors.Conclusion The intelligent manufacturing of medical dressings can be upgraded from the aspects of coating drying system and tension control system.At the same time,the deployment of customized production execution system MES is also the development trend of intelligent manufacturing of dressings.
