摘要
在革兰阴性菌中,耐药性与毒力并非两个互不相干的性状,相反,两者间有着非常紧密的联系。在耐药性问题日渐紧迫的背景下,耐药性与毒力之间的关系可能为控制耐药菌策略带来一定的启示。尽管有关耐药—毒力关系的研究成果日积月累,对这方面及时的系统的总结却膛乎其后。细菌的耐药—毒力关系在不同细菌中有所不同,亦受耐药性和毒力的具体机制及宿主等多方面因素的影响。本文现对三种常见的革兰阴性菌[铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)、大肠埃希菌(Escherichia coli)和沙门菌(Salmonella)]的耐药—毒力关系及其已发现的机制进行综述,以期为耐药—毒力关系的全面认识提供一种新的视角。
Rather than separate from each other,the antimicrobial resistance and the virulence of Gram-negative bacteria are highly related,which could bring some implications for the containment of antimicrobial-resistant bacteria providing the raising problem of antimicrobial resistance.Despite the mounting revelations about resistance-virulence relationship,systematic reviews are still being few.The resistance-virulence relationship depends mainly on species of bacteria,the specific mechanism of resistance and virulence and the host etc.Here,this relationship and its found mechanism among three common Gram-negative bacteria species(Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli and Salmonella)is reviewed,such that a novel perspective can be provided for the comprehensive understanding of resistance-virulence relationship.
